Halloween Walk 2007
The City of Jefferson Halloween Walk, 2007 was attended by literally thousands of area children and parents. This annual event was coordinated by JABA and Jefferson Better Hometown and held along the main street in Jefferson. The winner of this year's business decoration prize was Critter Creek.
