Freedom Festival 2006         

What's Happening!!

On Saturday July 1, 2006, Jefferson Area Business Association will again sponsor the annual FREEDOM FESTIVAL in downtown Jefferson, GA in conjunction with the City of Jefferson.  Festivities begin at 6:00 pm and continue through the spectacular fireworks display at dark.

During the afternoon and evening there will be plenty to do, to eat, and to listen to.  There will be a special games area for small children with lots of NEW games to play and prizes to win.  Tickets are just $.25 each or five for $1.00!

And then there's the pony rides, and the big slide, the train, and THE BULL to ride!  Don't miss the dunking booth!

And EAT!  Wow!  Hot dogs and cold drinks and ice cream and cotton candy and more!!

And, your favorite band, The Georgians, is back this year to entertain you starting at 7:30 pm until the fireworks begin.
 

This year's celebration is special because it is the 200th birthday of the City of Jefferson.  The City of Jefferson Bicentennial Committee will be there selling Bicentennial memorabilia and giving away balloons.

So, come out and have fun and celebrate Jefferson's 200th birthday and your country's 230th Independence Day!

Booth Reservations.....
The Jefferson Area Business Association offers vendors an opportunity for outreach and profit.  Non-profit organizations are given first chance at reservation until June 5.  For-profit vendors may sell products and services not offered by non-profit organizations.  Booth spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.   Booth spaces are $35.00 each payable in advance.  You may reserve more than one if you like.

NOTE:  Your booth fee must be received prior to the event.  Reservations will not be honored without prior payment.  No refunds for cancellations.

There are four ways to reserve your booth:

1.  You may reserve a booth by downloading a registration form and mailing it to JABA with your $35.00 per booth fee.  For a form in MS WORD format, click here.  For a form in Adobe .pdf format, click here.

2.  You may download the form and fax it to 800-399-2231 (no cover sheet required) then mail your check to JABA.

3.  You may fill out the electronic form below then mail your check to JABA.

4.  You may also pay your fee by credit card through PayPal by clicking the button below then return here to fill out your electronic form.
